Company Profile
LISKY was established in 1988, our company’s main business is the development, production and sales of fully computerized networked drum dryers and drum dried instant food, baby food, biotech food, health food, herbal Chinese food, instant fruit and vegetable food, etc. The customer base covers food, biotech, pharmaceutical, chemical, feed and environmental industries. During the past 35 years, our customers have covered dozens of countries in Europe, America, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe, etc. In particular, we have become one of the world’s top three professional suppliers of baby food products.
In 1996, we established a drum dryer food factory, specializing in the development and manufacture of drum dried products. We also develop and manufacture some instant grain rice products and biotech fermented liquid dried products.
In 2012, we began in the development of turnkey project of herbal health food. In addition to mechanical equipment, we also invested in the development of production technology, formula, and production process. Working with National Formosa University, we were able to build the first drum dryer pilot plant in Taiwan. Besides, with the help of their professional technology and the advanced testing equipment of the university, we can test the nutritional composition and food safety analysis.
We currently have two pilot plants:
1. Experimental Drum Drying Pilot Plant, Formosa University
2. Food grade drum drying pilot plant
The above two plants are both networked computerized drum drying pilot plants, which are respectively built with Siemens (Germany) – Rockwell (USA) – Advantech (Taiwan) – ICP DAS (Taiwan). We are putting our efforts into the development of building an expansion framework for the future Industry 4.0 Internet of Things in advance to welcome the era of universalization of unmanned automatic plants.
In recent years, we have been dedicated to 3D design system construction, and have completed 3D design systems for machinery, electrical wiring, and piping. We have also developed turnkey project 4.0 and IoT system to integrate the mechanical and electrical system and SCADA remote monitoring systems to meet the management mode of the 5G era and help customers shorten the time and reduce the cost. In order to ensure the stability of system operation and future expansion, our company uses Siemens monitoring system to reduce the risk during the installation process and to provide strong support for subsequent expansion and sales service.
In 2020, we built an intelligent factory and set up an intelligent mechanical equipment manufacturing plant and an intelligent biotech food processing plant.
In order to break through the sudden change from pandemic, our company accelerated the construction of the Internet of Things for whole factory, combined with the cloud system, to improve the remote management and control efficiency, and help customers improve management efficiency and production capacity.
