Brief introduction
This product is formulated by BVA Inc., consisting of 99% mineral oil and 1% emulsifier. These high-quality raw materials maximize pest control efficiency while minimizing the risk of chemical injury to crops.
Features of product
1. Highly refined mineral oil: Mineral oil is a mixture of various hydrocarbons and must be refined for agricultural use. The refining process removes unsaturated hydrocarbons, naphthenic carbons, and aromatic hydrocarbons, producing “sulfonates” in the process. The content of unsulfonated substances, referred to as the Unsulfonated Residue (UR) value, is above 98% in this product.
2. Narrow carbon range: The carbon number of standard mineral oils ranges from 18 to 40 (“wide range oil”). For optimal efficiency and safety, agricultural mineral oils are recommended to have a carbon number between 21 and 24. Ninety percent of the carbon chains in this product fall within 21–24, with an average of 23, classifying it as narrow range oil.
3. Quick-breaking emulsion technology: The exclusive Quick-breaking emulsion ensures rapid formation and breakage of emulsified micelles when diluted with water. These micelles efficiently coat the surfaces of pests and plants, enhancing the coverage and efficacy of the mineral oil.
Target pests:
Powdery mildew, mealybugs, scales, thrips, whiteflies, mites, spider mites, armyworms, earworms, and other common crop pests.
