1. 廚餘餅粉 1000公斤,置於混合攪拌 ------ A(需要脫水九成)
2. 準備10%比例的水(等於100公升)--- ------B
3. 先將500公克 菌種【廚餘胜肽益生粉】加水約10公升(該水由B處取) 充分攪拌約3分鐘使原菌種溶解後------ -----------------C
4.再把C倒入B中充分混合
5.加(100公升的原菌水)於混合糟A中. 攪拌混合5分鐘不超過7分鐘後取出. 放入1公噸太空包中或儲存槽(能夠提供溫度25~33度為佳,55C更好). 太空包要有日曬風乾環境且內要放入大的塑膠袋才不會使水分外流. 放置7天發酵完成以上所提含水量等正式生產時再依據實際生產狀況作出調整。

Example: Using 500 g of Food Waste Peptide Probiotic Powder
Equipment needed: mixing tank, storage tank (capacity over 1,000 kg) or fermentation bag (space bag)
Prepare 1,000 kg of food waste mash (approximately 90% dehydrated), place into mixing tank — A
Prepare water at 10% ratio (100 liters) — B
Dissolve 500 g of probiotic powder in about 10 liters of water taken from B, stir thoroughly for 3 minutes — C
Mix solution C into B thoroughly
Add the 100 liters of probiotic water (B) to the food waste mash (A), stir for 5–7 minutes, then transfer into a 1-ton fermentation bag or storage tank (optimal temperature 25–33°C, 55°C better). Fermentation bags should be exposed to sunlight and airflow, lined with a large plastic bag to prevent moisture loss. Ferment for at least 7 days. Adjust water content according to production conditions.
The fermented product is called Fully Fermented Organic Soil Fertilizer or Fully Fermented Feed.
For crops: can be applied directly as fertilizer.
For poultry, livestock, and aquaculture feed: mix 100–150 kg of fermented feed with 1,000 kg of regular feed for feeding.
