Water Curtain / Evaporative Cooling Wall – Cooling Solution

By installing an evaporative cooling water curtain (wet pad wall) at one end of a factory’s windows and a negative-pressure exhaust fan at the opposite end, the system extracts hot air from inside the facility. While providing ventilation, heat dissipation, and dust removal, the pressure difference between indoors and outdoors draws fresh outside air through the water curtain/wet pad wall. As the air passes through the water film, evaporation absorbs heat and rapidly cools the air. The cooled, fresh air then continuously flows into the factory, creating a comfortable, cool, and clean working environment.

Even during extremely hot summers, the evaporative cooling pad + negative-pressure fan ventilation system can maintain indoor temperatures at 26°C–29°C. It promotes continuous indoor–outdoor air circulation, increases oxygen levels, significantly reduces the risk of occupational illnesses, and ultimately improves work efficiency.
