Entry Process

1. Pre-register online to visit. Each email address may only be used for one registration.
2. After completing registration, a QR Code confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. Please check your inbox (including spam/junk folder).
3. Upon arrival, present your QR Code for scanning to enter.

💡 If you did not receive the confirmation email or have lost your QR Code, please retrieve it again from the Member Center, or seek assistance at the on-site service desk.

Entry Guidelines

• Age Restriction: Children under 12 years of age are not permitted entry. Staff may request proof of age upon entry (e.g., National Health Insurance card, passport, or student ID).
• Dress Code: Please dress neatly and appropriately. Flip-flops, thong sandals, and open-toed sandals are not permitted.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire venue.
• Right of Admission: The organizer reserves the final right to refuse entry to any visitor.
• Policy Changes: Updates to these guidelines will not be individually notified. Please refer to official website announcements for the latest information. 

How to get to TaiNEX 1?

Taipei Metro

Wenhu Line or Bannan Line: Alight at Nangang Exhibition Center Station, Exit 1, then walk left to reach Hall 1

BusRoutes

High-Speed Rail

Take the Taiwan High Speed Rail to Nangang Station (Terminal), then transfer to the MRT Bannan Line to Nangang Exhibition Center Station.
