Where and when will the Global Agrifood Innovation Championship take place?
The Global Agrifood Innovation Championship will be held from September 8 to 9, 2026, at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1. This event serves as the benchmark exhibition area for the development of the livestock industry in Taiwan and across Asia.
What are the highlights of the Global Agrifood Innovation Championship?
The championship aims to build an international platform bridging Asian markets with a core focus on "market expansion and commercial implementation." It connects high-potential startups, investors, and global buyers. The competition focuses on discovering solutions with scalability and market application potential across innovative fields, including integrated Agricultural Technology (AgriTech), Restaurant Technology (RestaurantTech), and next-generation Food Technology (FoodTech), helping startups accelerate their entry into the Asian market.
The competition features two major categories: AgriTech and FoodTech. One winner will be selected from each category, and each champion will receive a cash prize of SGD 10,000.
Beyond the competition itself, the event features thematic forums, investor-startup matchmaking, and industry networking dinners. This ensures startups not only gain exposure but also get direct access to potential investors and partners. The event is designed to help startups rapidly build market connections, expand Asian distribution channels, and match with strategic partners and investment resources—accelerating their journey from technical validation to actual revenue and international growth.
