Working Principle
The system adopts PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology.
Compressed air undergoes pressure variation and passes through a molecular sieve, where nitrogen and oxygen molecules are separated. Oxygen is retained while nitrogen is discharged.
At ambient temperature, once powered on, the system continuously produces high-purity oxygen from air under the rated oxygen flow conditions.

Molecular Sieve Material

◎ Advantages include high oxygen purity, high production efficiency, low mechanical wear, and long service life

Service Life
◎ After 6,000 hours of operation → oxygen purity decreases to 85% ±3%
◎ After 12,000 hours of operation → oxygen purity decreases to 80% ±3%
◎ After 20,000 hours of operation → oxygen purity decreases to 70% ±3%
◎ When oxygen concentration no longer meets operational requirements, the internal molecular sieve must be replaced.
◎ Operating Environment Requirements
◎ Ambient temperature: 5°C to 40°C
◎ Relative humidity: ≤ 80%
◎ Atmospheric pressure: 86 kPa to 106 kPa
◎ Surrounding environment must be free of corrosive gases and strong magnetic fields

Operating Instructions
◎ Place the equipment at a stable, dry, and well-ventilated location within the process flow
◎ Ensure the oxygen pipeline is properly connected to the oxygen outlet
◎ Switch on the power; the voltmeter will display the current voltage and the power indicator will light up
◎ Turn on the oxygen generation switch; the air pump will start running
◎ Adjust the flow meter on the control panel to the required level; oxygen will be delivered through the outlet
◎ Additional oxygen generation units can be started sequentially using the same procedure
◎ Switch off the system after use
