Germany Vibronet Cereal water Dampening system

The German Vibronet® patented vertical continuous cereal dampening system significantly reduces tempering time to just 6–8 hours. With minimal power consumption of ≤ 0.2 kW per ton-hour and single-pass water addition of up to 12%, it reduces the need for tempering bins and conveying equipment. By shortening the conditioning process, bacterial growth is minimized, saving valuable tempering time and providing greater flexibility for production scheduling.
The Vibronet® system employs unique vertical vibration technology to evenly distribute water into the kernel during a single pass, with water addition of up to 12%. Compared to conventional tempering times of 12–48 hours, Vibronet® shortens the process to only 6–8 hours while maintaining exceptionally low energy consumption (≤ 0.2 kW/t/h), resulting in substantial savings in both energy and storage space.

Its continuous self-cleaning design prevents water accumulation and secondary contamination, while reduced conditioning time lowers the risk of microbial activity. In practical use, Vibronet® improves white flour yield and overall extraction rates, and enhances processing quality for wheat, barley, corn, and pulses. The system requires no major modifications to existing milling lines, enabling rapid installation and operation, making it an efficient, safe, and flexible dampening solution for modern flour mills.
