「三杯醬燒魚」這道菜結合了台灣經典的「三杯」作法與鮮嫩魚肉,是一道香氣濃郁、口感層次豐富的佳餚。
「三杯」是指一杯醬油、一杯米酒、一杯麻油,再加入大量的蒜頭、薑片與九層塔,炒出濃郁香氣後將魚燒煮入味。鯰魚肉細緻嫩口,吸附了醬汁後鹹中帶甜、香而不膩。鯰魚丁採用手工去骨安心吃,肉質細緻無腥味。
