RAPIDPlus Platform
The RAPID Plus platform is a compact, field-deployable molecular diagnostic platform engineered for accurate and timely detection of significant shrimp pathogens. It utilises loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) with real-time fluorescence detection to deliver quantitative results directly at the farm site. This device outputs target amplification time on the screen, which infers the target pathogen load. Results can be exported to a laptop to view amplification plots for the sample runs.
