I. Operating Principle:
The iron and manganese removal filtration system utilizes manganese sand or lightweight manganese sand as the filtering medium. These materials feature high hardness and a porous structure, crafted through multiple stages of mixing and firing high-grade manganese compounds. Under specific pressure, water passes through a designated depth of manganese sand or lightweight manganese sand to effectively intercept and remove suspended solids, ferrous bicarbonate, and manganese bicarbonate. With the assistance of oxidative sterilization agents, it filters out "red water" and "black water" from the water supply, preventing residue spots and grime on utensils, clothing, and processed products to achieve clarified water quality. Depending on the required water output, different mesh sizes (diameters of manganese sand or lightweight manganese sand) are equipped, allowing effluent turbidity to reach below 3 degrees.
