Mon Young Farm is located in Shang'an Village, Shuili Township, Nantou, an area known for its beautiful environment and pleasant climate. Spanning approximately one hectare, this organic farm strictly adheres to a no-pesticide policy, making it a nature-friendly sanctuary that offers healing for both body and mind.

Since 2013, the farm has been dedicated to researching the cultivation of Agaricus blazei Murill (commonly known as Brazilian mushroom). By precisely controlling factors such as temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide levels, air quality, water purity, and growing substrate, high-quality Brazilian mushrooms are cultivated indoors in a controlled environment. These mushrooms are then processed into a variety of products.
