Founded in 2016 by Dr. Sandeep Gupta, DSAND Animal Nutrition began its journey with a vision to transform animal health through science-driven solutions. What started as a specialized effort in poultry nutrition has today evolved into a bioscience company dedicated to developing patented, research-based innovations in nutraceutical animal nutrition. Manufacturing & Research Excellence Over the past 12 years, DSAND has developed a state-of-the-art, fully automated production facility Built for precision, scalability, and consistency. With a production capacity of 900 metric tons per single shift, our systems enable high-volume outpu t with zero possibility of human error, ensuring both speed and accuracy in every batch. Our facility is proudly ISO 9001:2015 and FAMI-QS certified, audited and approved by TÜV Nord — a testament to our unwavering commitment to global quality and safety standards. All operations are managed through an integrated Building Management System (BMS) that offers real-t ime monitoring of environmental conditions, utilities, and equipment. This ensures total operational control, compliance, and enhanced energy efficiency throughout the facility. To maintain consistent quality, we operate a dedicated in-house Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) laboratory, where each product undergoes rigorous testing to meet our strict standards f or safety, consistency, and efficacy before it reaches the customer.
Backing our production capabilities is a cutting-edge research and development ecosystem. Our climate-controlled research facility — equipped with advanced HVAC systems — is purpose-built fo r controlled trials in broilers, layers, and breeders. With the capacity to house up to 840 birds, the unit enables accurate testing of both feed and water -soluble supplements under scientifically validated conditions. Further supporting our innovation efforts is a high-precision analytical laboratory, outfitted with advanced instruments like ICP-MS, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and HPLC. This allows us to conduct comprehensive testing for amino acids, vitamins, trace minerals, toxins, p esticides, and more — ensuring every formulation is nutritionally balanced and field-ready. To facilitate nutritional trials, our in-house feed pellet mill, with a capacity of 150 kg/hour and An integrated crumbler, allows us to develop and test experimental diets in various feed forms. At DSAND, every formulation is the result of science-backed research, stringent quality control, and a commitment to practical, field-tested innovation — delivering reliable feed solutions that farmer S across India can trust.
