Jousen Chou is General Manager of Agriasia Development Corp., the Taiwan partner of AMANDUS KAHL. Bringing over 38 years of aquafeed industry experience, he specializes in the complete production process, including fine grinding, extrusion, drying, and post-spray vacuum coating technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Bio-industrial Mechatronics Engineering from National Taiwan University and was named a Distinguished Alumnus of NTUST in 2017. A frequent industry speaker, Jousen also serves as an adjunct faculty member at National Taiwan University and National Pingtung University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Bo-Jhih Chang is the Sales & Technical Manager at Asia Nutrition Technologies, having joined the company in 2021. With over 15 years of deep expertise in Vietnam’s aquaculture industry, his comprehensive background spans feed production, formulation, technical services, and demonstration farm management.

With 20 years of experience in promoting molecular detection (PCR/NGS) on production animal industries and overseas market development and global strategic deployment.

Dr. Han-Jia Lin is a Distinguished Professor at National Taiwan Ocean University, a Council Member of the Asian Fisheries Society, and President of its Taiwan Branch. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Research Award from Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Council (NSTC).His interdisciplinary research integrates molecular diagnostics, biotechnology, and nanotechnology to address real-world challenges in aquaculture, with a particular focus on disease management and reducing antibiotic dependence. In recent years, his work has increasingly focused on connecting early detection, risk prediction, and targeted intervention to advance precision aquaculture.Dr. Lin is also the founder of Giant Bio Tech Inc., a university spin-off established to translate scientific discoveries into practical solutions for the aquaculture industry. His work bridges academic research and industrial application, with the long-term goal of improving aquatic animal health, production efficiency, and sustainability.

Dr. Han-Ching Wang is a Distinguished Professor at National Cheng Kung University and Director of the International Center for the Scientific Development of Shrimp Aquaculture (ICSDSA), Taiwan. She is a WOAH Reference Laboratory expert for WSD and AHPND, specializing in shrimp diseases, host–pathogen interactions, biosecurity, and sustainable shrimp aquaculture.

Benedict Tan is the Programme Director at Hatch Blue and based in Singapore. He leads venture programming across Asia-Pacific for Hatch Blue to support early stage entrepreneurs with their next phase of development. In his 7 years at Hatch Blue, Benedict Tan has designed and delivered 27 innovation and venture development programmes for >270 aquaculture entrepreneurs, and has also evaluated 200+ companies for investment. Having worked across the three business functions of Hatch Blue, investments, consulting, and programmes, he is keenly aware of the commercial roadmap of innovators working in this industry. Presently, he also supports portfolio companies in the region and Asia-Pacific corporate engagement.
