AgriData Machine & BlueData Machine

The AgriData Machine is a modular smart agriculture system that integrates experimentation, data collection, and production into a single platform. Each cabin operates independently and can be vertically stacked to form customizable Ecological Towers tailored to local conditions. The system includes various vertical crop cultivation modules—such as hydroponics, climbing plants, strawberries, and mushrooms—offering cities a stable and diverse source of fresh produce and nutrients.

The BlueData Machine features the proprietary ClipRAS cartridge-based recirculating aquaculture system. ClipRAS supports two main applications: an external filtration upgrade module for conventional fish ponds, and a self-contained aquaculture and filtration micro-unit integrated within a shipping container. These configurations meet the needs of various smart aquaculture scales—such as hatchery operations or juvenile fish farming—providing climate-resilient solutions to aquaculture challenges.

Together, the AgriData Machine and BlueData Machine eliminate the gap between lab research and field production. Each module serves as a data-generating and productivity-converting unit, forming a standardized, replicable, and scalable infrastructure. This enables the smart deployment of urban agriculture and aquaculture systems, reinforcing national food sovereignty, supporting emergency food reserves, and laying the foundation for a sustainable and scalable model of modern food production.
AgriData Machine: A Modular Innovation for Data-Driven Agriculture

1️⃣ Core Concept and Features of AgriData Machine
AgriData Machine is an integrated modular smart agriculture system that combines experimentation, data collection, and large-scale production. It breaks the conventional divide between research and field application—each unit functions as a controlled-environment farm capable of simultaneous crop trials, data recording, and commercial production. With its modular design, AgriData Machine allows for rapid deployment and scalable stacking, making it a replicable, mass-producible agricultural data core unit.

2️⃣ Verified Performance: Quantified Testing of Strawberry Production Modules
In early 2025, the pilot strawberry data unit successfully completed a standardized cultivation process, developing an exportable smart management protocol and SOPs. During testing, sensor integration and control systems enabled stable cultivation of commercially viable strawberries, while also generating transferable environmental parameters and cultivation formulas for other crops. This unit is more than a growing facility—it is a dual-purpose data engine for both R&D and production.

3️⃣ Ecological Tower & Six Core Module Systems
AgriData Machine units can operate independently or be vertically stacked into the AgriFood DataMachine Tower, a scalable and distributed smart agriculture hub within urban spaces. Each tower is composed of multiple interlinked units that can alternate among six core production systems:

(1). Vertical Reservoir-Based Hydroponic Vegetable System
(2). High-Density Climbing Crop Cultivation System
(3). Modular Mushroom Propagation and Incubation System
(4). Specialized Strawberry and Herb Cultivation System
(5). Energy-Efficient Forage Production System

4️⃣ BlueData Machine: Modular Aquaculture for a Climate-Resilient Future
BlueData Machine extends modular agricultural frameworks into the aquaculture domain with two key components:

(1) ClipRAS External Filtration System: An upgraded modular solution for traditional aquafarms. It features a detachable clip-on filter tank design that enables fast installation, efficient recirculation, and simplified maintenance.

(2) ClipRAS Filter-Production Module Unit: A compact, integrated unit that combines filtration and cultivation, creating a self-contained micro aquaculture system.

Singapore’s 30By30: A Modular National Strategy
To meet its national food security goals, Singapore has launched the “30By30” strategy, aiming for 30% food self-sufficiency by 2030. Our proposed AgriFood DataMachine Tower aligns with and extends this vision through the “30 to World” initiative—a scalable, exportable, and implementable urban agriculture framework. Using modular units and stackable towers, powered by data control and smart recycling systems, this model enables the formation of crop and protein production clusters (fish, shrimp, fruits, vegetables), integrated with research hubs and industry zones to build a national smart agriculture network.

From One Unit to a National Engine
AgriData Machine and BlueData Machine start with a single module—but together, they represent the launch of a data-driven production engine capable of redefining the future of urban food security and sustainability.
