Hawaiian Rainbow Bees
Bees from approximately 2,500 hives across 35 organic apiaries on Oʻahu and the Big Island of Hawaii collect nectar from a diverse range of tropical blossoms, creating distinctive flavors unique to each honey variety. The honey naturally contains three enzymes produced by bees and is carefully handled to preserve its natural characteristics.
The unique flavors come from Hawaii’s native plants, many of which grow in rainforest regions, as well as carefully selected crops such as macadamia nut groves, cacao, coffee, banana, coconut, mango, lychee, and avocado farms. After harvesting, the honey undergoes only a single gentle filtration to remove beeswax and natural hive debris, with no further processing.
The products are currently available in the United States and Japan.
