Cancino Farm 100% Kona Coffee
Hawaii is the only U.S. state where coffee is commercially grown. The exceptional quality of Kona coffee comes from careful attention to every step of harvesting and processing. During harvest season, the Cancino family farm hand-selects only the ripest, deep-red coffee cherries. The cherries are depulped every evening, and the parchment coffee beans are then spread on drying platforms and naturally sun-dried for several days under Hawaii’s tropical sunshine. This meticulous process creates coffee with a clean, refined, and well-balanced flavor profile.
The farm currently spans more than 142 hectares (approximately 14.6 times the size of Taipei’s Daan Forest Park). The coffee is currently sold in the United States and through e-commerce channels.
