Mauna Loa Macdamia Nuts

Since 1946, Mauna Loa has been growing and roasting macadamia nuts under the slopes of Mauna Loa volcano in Hawaii, creating nuts known for their rich, buttery flavor and satisfying crunch. Over the decades, macadamia nuts have become an iconic symbol of Hawaii and have been one of the long-standing product lines under the Hawaiian Host Group for more than 40 years.

The products are currently available in Hawaii, Guam, Japan, and South Korea.

Keto-Friendly Nut

Macadamia nuts are considered a keto-friendly nut due to their low carbohydrate content and high levels of healthy fats:

Low in carbohydrates: 4 g of total carbohydrates per serving, with approximately 1.5 g of net carbs.
Rich in monounsaturated fats (MUFAs): Approximately 17 g per serving, among the highest levels found in nuts.
Rich in Omega-7: Approximately 3.77 g per serving, making macadamia nuts one of the richest nut sources of Omega-7.
Omega-3 content: Approximately six times higher than that of almonds.

Shelf life: 18 months.
