Facing climate change and rising agricultural risks, the Ministry of Agriculture launched the “Ten-Year Plan to Halve Chemical Pesticide Risks,” with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) as the core strategy to balance production, ecology, and livelihoods. To accelerate local adoption of IPM and encourage innovation, the Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine has organized the Sustainable Good Farming Award (IPM Award) since 2019, honoring outstanding individuals and teams.
This year’s “Pest Busters Unite!” forum invites past award winners to share their innovative field practices and discuss challenges and solutions for implementing new pest control technologies, together advancing sustainable agriculture.

Empowering Engineering Solutions for Future Agriculture in the New World Order
The Thai Society of Agricultural Engineering (TSAE), in collaboration with the Taiwan Institute of Biological Mechatronics (TIBM), the Chinese Institute of Agricultural Machinery (CIAM) and the Smart Agriweek Taiwan exhibition, will hold the 19th TSAE International Conference (TSAE 2026) during September 7–10, 2026 in Taipei, Taiwan ROC. Under the theme “Empowering Engineering Solutions for Future Agriculture in the New World Order,” the conference serves as a forum for dissemination and exchange of ideas and recent advances in agricultural engineering and related areas among students, academic researchers, industry personnel and interested participants — with the aim of bringing research results into practice.
